Used or damaged products may not qualify for exchange. Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Promotional or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange. Exchange may only be possible within the same product category. Return Policy Cash refunds may not apply in certain situations. Approved refunds will be processed according to payment method and company policy. Shipping charges may not be refundable. Exchange Time Frame Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 7 working days after purchase. Requests submitted after the allowed period may not be accepted.
